All Bassed Up Fishing Company LLC Terms and Conditions:

  • All Products are meticulously screened for damage and defects.  All sales are Final.  In order to return a product you decide upon arrival that you don't want, it must be able to be sold as new in order to receive a refund for that order.  Shipping rates will not be refunded.  It is also the customers responsibility to ship the product back to All Bassed Up Fishing Company.
  • Any Items deemed to be defective or damaged during shipping are to be brought to the attention of All Bassed Up Fishing Company Customer Service Immediately upon reception of damaged product in order to expedite a resolution.  Customer Service Line 215-470-2797 
  • We make fishing lures be careful they have sharp hooks.  All Bassed Up Fishing Company LLC. is not liable for any injury or property damage cause while using our product.
